CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operations, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it may be possible, during processing and association with other data held by third parties, to identify users. This category of data includes, for example, IP addresses or the domain names of users’ computers while connected to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data are used solely for the purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check that it is functioning correctly and the data are deleted immediately after processing.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

Unifarco will process your data to facilitate navigation and provide the services you may have requested by filling in the appropriate forms available on the Website. In addition to the information given for navigation data and technical cookies, in the sections of the Website designed to provide particular services, on request you are free to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in the additional information provided for these sections. However, failure to provide the data in question may make it impossible to obtain the services you have requested.

 

 

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Unifarco will process the personal data collected during use of the Website for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, once this time has elapsed, for any further period required by current legislation. For technical and organisational reasons, processing will continue for 30 days after the aforesaid period.

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

Unifarco will not disclose the data but may communicate them to in-house personnel authorised to process them in relation to their various duties, as well as to external recipients to whom such communication is necessary. These recipients, if required to process the data on behalf of Unifarco, will be officially appointed processors with an appropriate contract or other legal document.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION

Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country outside the European Union.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

You are entitled to request access to your personal data from Unifarco and rectify them if inaccurate, erase them, restrict processing if there are grounds for it, object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by Unifarco and obtain the portability of the data personally provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on your consent or a contract. You also have the right to withdraw your consent, without prejudice to the legitimacy of any processing performed before consent was withdrawn.
